Technical Efficiency of Gambir Farming in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia

This study analyzes the factors influencing gambier productivity, technical efficiency of farming, and affecting farming's efficiency. research was conducted in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, a production center West Sumatra. Data were analyzed using Cobb Douglas stochastic frontier function. The results showed that significantly influenced gambier's productivity labor, NPK fertilizer, plant age, number trees, varieties, technology. fertilizer factor, seedling varieties had positive effect on productivity.
